We had a fantastic response to our advert for this position in November, with 15 applications received from people with a variety of backgrounds, everyone with a passion for what we do. We ran a series of interviews which involved several of our Board members and met many talented people. After a difficult process of elimination, we have some news!

Please welcome our new Operations Manager, Katia Scott, who starts in this full time position on Monday 19th January 2026. Katia has been a volunteer with us for two years as our Area Representative for West Lothian, so has a head start on understanding our processes and some of the issues that we would like to address to better support our volunteers. Katia is pictured here with her lovely dog, Luna.

We know Katia is excited about working with you all we are also glad to have her on the team.
